Last Month in Review: An Atomic October
Moth Market: Final Girls
We had an amazing time over at the Moth Market: Final Girls, here in Springfield. There were so many amazing creators there, and we got to meet many new friends, as well as see our friends from other events. It was very exciting to get to be at a themed convention, and horror, if you couldn't tell, is a bit of a comfort genre for me. I've always loved exploring the types of stories you can tell within the genre, so a place like this was perfect for me. I'm looking forward to attending more Moth Markets in 2026.

October Projects
We've had a lot of projects releasing lately. We saw the release of the full season of Tales of the Shadows, a show I'm so proud to have had the privilege to produce - Jenkins and the Crew were amazing; House on Valley Lane; and the Written and Lost recaps, retrospectives, and beginning of Book 3!
I cannot fully express what the release of House on Valley Lane means to me. I'm so excited to have already received so much positive feedback from listeners. I've written and co-written several projects for the network, and I've learned so much from each one. This is one of the pieces of writing I think I'm most of proud of. It all came together, and Olivia and my mother-in-law really brought the life into it with help editing. I'm so grateful! A huge thanks to the actors who came in and knocked it out of the park! Jordy, Jack, Olivia, Jenkins, Harrel and I had a pretty intense recording session in my house; we even put a sign on our door on account of all of the screaming and yelling. A huge shout out to our two guests, Extell and Natasha: I've gotten to know them over on the show Superhero Shenanigans on the Don't Kill My Character Twitch/Youtube channel, and I love them both so much! As you can hear from the show, they are both amazing performers. I often forget I'm even streaming on the show with them when they're going! I encourage you to check them out and follow their projects on socials: ExtrilltheKing and Natasha.b.Cosplays. I believe in them a lot, and I love both of their work! I hope I get to continue to work with them in more projects and I'm so grateful they were excited to help out with House on Valley Lane! If you haven't listened yet... do it. (If you do not enjoy horror, please proceed with caution, being aware of your personal limits.)

The November to Come
Currently, we are working away on recording more and more of The Written and the Lost; we just began recording Season 3 of Records of the Unknown, which will see release next year; and a wonderful new editor joined our team this year and is making grand strides working on O.O.P.S., an upcoming scripted comedy, horror audio drama. You may have seen my Atomic Chats happening on Twitch - the next one being tentatively set for the last Monday of November, pending holiday schedules - as he is testing the waters, preparing for some streamed content next year!
With that said, November will be fairly light, quantity-wise, on releases, with just The Written and the Lost releasing every Monday, excluding the first Monday as usual, of November, and I will host the Atomic Chat livestream, mentioned above. With the Holiday season approaching, our schedules can become difficult to work around, and when we can, we do appreciate some time off from recording to spend with families. We try out best to ensure consistent content does release, but we will let you know about any small release breaks as they come. Know that any breaks in releasing episodes are because we want to take care of our people. We have to give a lot of our time to this second job of ours, and we don't want to burn anyone out.
