You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and read the newsletter content and listen to the audio content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Exception for Derivative Works: Notwithstanding the general prohibition below, you are permitted to create and share derivative media (such as reviews, critiques, or fan content) that features our Intellectual Property, provided that (a) the original content is significantly altered or excerpted and not reuploaded in its entirety, (b) proper credit is clearly given to Atomic Broadcasting as the source, and (c) the derivative media does not contain slanderous or defamatory material.
